Industrial-grade AIoT operations

Make scattered equipment connectable, diagnosable, maintainable

Industrial-grade AIoT operations products and data services

Built on industrial gateways, expansion modules and an AIoT platform, Tongwei works along two lines — standard product complement and packaged solutions — so equipment makers, integrators and site operators can make scattered equipment, environments and energy sites connectable, diagnosable and maintainable.

  • Multi-protocol: Modbus / RS485 / SNMP / MQTT
  • Edge computing with offline buffering
  • Tiered, de-duplicated alarms routed to people
  • Closed-loop work orders and mobile inspection
  • SaaS / on-premise / OEM / API

The problem

Connecting a device is easy. Keeping it running is not.

Tongwei does not simply sell sensors, gateways or dashboards. We connect scattered field assets, their data and the operations process around them.

  1. 01

    Scattered sites

Equipment is deployed across regions and customers, so running status and fault information cannot be seen in one place.

  2. 02

    Heterogeneous equipment

Controllers, meters and sensors span many brands and protocols, so onboarding work is repeated at high cost.

  3. 03

    Late detection

Relying on customer reports or manual rounds means faults surface slowly, with little evidence for remote judgement.

  4. 04

    Broken process

Alarms, dispatch, handling, feedback and reporting are fragmented, so ownership and service outcomes cannot be reviewed.

The result: more site visits, higher service cost, larger fault losses, and operating data that never accumulates into a data asset.

Two business lines

Product complement, or a packaged solution for the scene

Two lines, one foundation. The standard part ships as product complement; the scene-specific part ships as a packaged solution.

Compare both lines

Product Complement

Standard Product Complement

Without replacing your core equipment or system, we complement it with proven gateways, modules and interfaces for connectivity, acquisition, alarms and remote access.

  • Equipment makers
  • Control-cabinet builders
  • Low-voltage contractors

Scene Solutions

Packaged Solutions

Start from the scene: select hardware, configure the platform, commission on site, and bring field assets into one ledger, alarm and operations loop.

  • System integrators
  • Maintenance service providers
  • Parks and property management

Shared foundation

One device-edge-cloud foundation under both lines

Because the foundation is shared, a validated configuration at one site or on one machine can be repeated rather than rebuilt.

  1. Field

    Field assets

Equipment, control cabinets, meters, sensors and energy systems.

  2. Edge

    Edge onboarding

SG / BEC gateways with SDS / IOC modules handle protocol onboarding and local control.

  3. Data

    Data governance

Protocol onboarding, point modelling, data validation and edge buffering.

  4. Platform

    Platform

AIoT operations platform, mobile apps, dashboards, alarms and work orders.

  5. Ops

    Continuous operations

Trend analysis, anomaly detection, diagnostic suggestions, reporting and ongoing service.

How it runs

Six steps that turn data into handled exceptions

Monitoring alone leaves exceptions seen but unhandled. These six steps are what makes the difference between a dashboard and an operation.

  1. 01

    Connect

Onboard devices and data into one system.

  2. 02

    Monitor

Uptime, state and trends made visible.

  3. 03

    Alarm

Tiered, de-duplicated, routed to a named owner.

  4. 04

    Diagnose

Inspect data and fault codes remotely.

  5. 05

    Act

    Remote coordination, dispatch and inspection.

  6. 06

    Review

    Logged feedback, reporting and optimisation.

What makes the loop hold
  • Anomalies follow rules
  • Ownership is assigned
  • Handling is recorded
  • Results are reported
  • Experience is reusable

Where it runs

Six scenarios that prove the same core capability

Scenarios are evidence that the foundation adapts, not separate business lines competing for position.

Capability roadmap

Five levels, and where we actually are

L1 to L3 are what we promote today, along with selected verifiable L4 modules. We do not present predictive maintenance or autonomous operations as off-the-shelf features.

Capability and limits
  1. L1 Available now

    Visual monitoring

See the state of equipment, environment, energy and people.

  2. L2 Available now

    Proactive alarms

Notify proactively on thresholds, loss of contact, state and trend.

  3. L3 Available now

    Closed-loop operations

Alarms reach people; dispatch, handling, feedback and statistics are traceable.

  4. L4 Selected modules

    Intelligent optimisation

Suggest maintenance, efficiency and scheduling actions from historical data.

  5. L5

    Bounded autonomous operations

Execute and optimise automatically within explicit safety boundaries.

How we engage

Assess, validate, then scale

Diagnosis, sample, single-site pilot, then copy. Samples are chargeable in principle.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

Confirm equipment, protocols, sites, the pain, network and acceptance goals.

  2. 02

    Selection / sample

Limit the devices and functions, then prove onboarding, alarms and pages. Samples are chargeable in principle, with credit possible against volume orders.

  3. 03

    Single-site pilot

Produce the configuration list, rules, work orders, reports and service boundary as a repeatable acceptance sample.

  4. 04

    Volume copy

Lock templates, an implementation handbook, pricing and the ongoing-operations mechanism, then copy to more devices or sites.

Tell us what needs to stay running

Send one or two typical models, a point table or a metering-point list, and we will start with a feasibility assessment — not a proposal deck.
